| I am a full-service Trading Assistant on eBay. You may either by prior arrangement
drop off your items at my house or I will arrange to come to your house
anywhere in the Milton Keynes Area. If you are outside the Milton Keynes
area you may send me your items by mail or courier. I will provide an inventory
of the items, photograph and list them and sell them on eBay, ship them,
and provide you with an itemised list of all the items sold with the sale

- I will usually respond within 24 hours. I do reserve the right to refuse
any items I believe won't sell on eBay and not considered to be saleable,
illegal, undesirable or not allowed by eBay rules. I am very flexible and
look forward to being of service to you. HOW IT WORKS 1) Contact me to see if I can help sell your item. If I can sell your item, then either bring the item to the house or I will come to your house to collect - I will give you a receipt as you will be expected to leave the item with me while it is being auctioned and so that I can complete the sale for you. 2) It helps to sell the item if you tell me as much as you can about the item so I can describe it on the auction including any faults. Buyers on eBay really need to know all the specifics of any item you are selling. The more you can tell me about your item the more successful we'll be at selling. Please be sure to tell me about any damage or aspects of your item that would make it more or less appealing to buyers (honesty goes a long way on eBay). 3) I will discuss with you and advise you on the price you want to start the auction at. I can help advise you on what you should set the starting price at - remember this is an auction and the lower you start the bidding the more likely you are to get bids and sell your product. 4) I test and check the item, take pictures with a good quality digital camera providing excellent pictures and then list the item. 5) I then answer all emails from customers, sell the goods, collect the money from the customer, and ship the goods out for you. 6) After the item is sold and paid for, you collect your money less my commission. I reserve the right to pay you by cheque or by cash. 7) The time frame for selling depends on several factors. How long you want the auction to run for – the options being 1, 3, 5, 7, or10 days, and how long it takes the customer to send money once the auction is ended. Generally you could expect your money with in 3 weeks from the sale start date. |

| I will explain to you fully how eBays fees are calculated including the optional extras on offer. My personal fees are fully negotiable depending on the value of the item. I'm sure we can come to an amicable arrangement!! Contact me for details of eBay fees and my commission structure. | |
| I sell all products "as is" and do not offer a return policy.
If you would like me to offer a return policy for the items for any reason,
we can negotiate that as part of your requirements. If you would like me
to add feature fees to your listings I can do that and I'll take the fees
out of what I am selling for you. If you are a dealer, shop owner or wholesaler and want to sell slow moving stock, then I can offer a slightly different service for listing your products in my eBay shop, please email me and discuss what you would like to sell. Fees 1) If your item sells the first time it is listed, there are occasions where the buyer does not pay in which case I will re-list the item at my cost if this happens, but payment to you will only be when the item has been paid for by the second buyer. This does not happen often, but it can happen. 2) The customer may send a cheque for the item, which has to be cleared before we send the item. This means you may have to wait for your money till the cheque is cleared by the bank. 3) Although items generally arrive safely when sent by courier, sometimes they may arrive damaged by the courier. If this happens and the buyer has agreed to pay for insurance, I issue the buyer with a refund and submit a claim to the courier for compensation. Payment to you will be when the courier has paid the compensation. |
